UAS operators should strive for excellence in their operations, putting in maximum effort every time, diligently working to improve and striving for the highest possible quality in their work. Excellence is embodied in professional development, setting and obtaining high standards, ensuring everyone associated with the unmanned vehicle is properly trained for the operation and taking the time to do things correctly and safely.
Knowing that you are ultimately the person who has the power to cause something to happen and have an obligation to perform your duties as required and expected because it is morally right, legally required, or will affect others.
